Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy (Japan & Global / 日本国内およびその他の地域)
We offer a 7-day return policy for standard orders. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
（商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただければ、未使用・原装の状態に限り返品を承ります。お客様都合の返品送料はお客様ご負担となります。）

2. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU加盟国のお客様)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is delivered into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items (返品不可商品)
Custom products, personalized items, and special-order framed artworks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged during transit.
